This Investment Disclosures document is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Margin Monkey Terms of Service. It applies to all Content published or distributed through the Website, mobile applications, e-mail, and social media accounts operated by MARGIN MONKEY, LLC ("MARGIN MONKEY," "we," "us," or "our").
1. No Investment Advice
ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES INCLUDING REPORTS, DATA DASHBOARDS, QUANTITATIVE SCORES, MODEL PORTFOLIOS, COMMENTARY, AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES, OR SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS, A RECOMMENDATION, SOLICITATION, OR OFFER TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY, OR ADVICE THAT ANY SECURITY, STRATEGY, OR INVESTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PERSON.
MARGIN MONKEY does not know, and does not take into account, your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or tax situation. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold a security based in whole or in part on Content obtained through the Services is made at your sole discretion and risk.
2. Not a Registered Investment Adviser; Publisher's Exclusion
MARGIN MONKEY is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or with any state securities regulator, and is not a broker-dealer. MARGIN MONKEY publishes content of general and regular circulation, consisting of bona fide commentary and analysis that is not tailored to the needs of any individual subscriber, consistent with the publisher's exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985).
If MARGIN MONKEY or an affiliated entity ever offers discretionary portfolio management, automated trade execution, or personalized advisory services, such services will be provided only through a separately registered and regulated entity, under separate terms, and will be clearly distinguished from the general publishing Services described in these Terms.
2A. Who Prepares Our Content
MARGIN MONKEY's research team curates, integrates, and reviews publicly available and licensed information. References to "our team" or "our research team" describe this curation and review role only. Team members are not registered investment advisers, licensed financial professionals, or credentialed analysts, and MARGIN MONKEY does not claim that they are. Nothing on the Services describes, or should be read as describing, the personal trading results of any team member.
3. No Fiduciary Relationship
MARGIN MONKEY IS NOT A FIDUCIARY AND OWES NO FIDUCIARY DUTY TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER USER OF THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE AN ADVISORY, FIDUCIARY, OR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND MARGIN MONKEY.
4. Investment Risk
All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. The value of securities can fluctuate, and past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. 5. Quantitative Scores, Model Portfolios, and Backtested Data
Any quantitative score, rating, model portfolio, or backtested performance figure presented through the Services is generated using historical data and a methodology developed by MARGIN MONKEY or its data providers, and is provided for illustrative and informational purposes only. Such figures:
- Are not guarantees or predictions of actual or future performance;
- May not reflect transaction costs, taxes, slippage, or other real-world trading factors;
- May be revised, recalculated, or discontinued at any time without notice;
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
6. Third-Party and Alternative Data Sources
Certain Content is derived from data licensed or obtained from third parties, including without limitation congressional financial disclosures made pursuant to the STOCK Act, Schedule 13F filings, Form 4 insider-transaction filings, government contract and lobbying databases, and other public or licensed data sources. MARGIN MONKEY:
- Does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of third-party data, and disclaims responsibility for errors, omissions, or delays in that data;
- Notes that congressional and institutional disclosures are subject to statutory reporting delays and may not reflect a filer's current or complete holdings;
- Does not suggest that any disclosed trading activity by a public official, insider, or institution is illegal, based on material non-public information, or predictive of future security performance; disclosure of a transaction, without more, is not evidence of wrongdoing or of superior information.
7. Conflicts of Interest; Personal Trading Disclosure
MARGIN MONKEY permits its writers, researchers, and contributors to hold personal investment positions, subject to our internal Disclosure Policy. Where an author holds a position in a security discussed in a given piece of Content, that position will be disclosed at the time of publication. Contributors are subject to internal trading restrictions intended to prevent trading ahead of the publication of MARGIN MONKEY research. The absence of a disclosure statement on a given piece of Content should not be read as confirmation that no position is held; if in doubt, contact [compliance@marginmonkey.com].
8. Compensation and Sponsored Content Disclosure

Inclusion of a headline or link does not constitute MARGIN MONKEY's endorsement, verification, or adoption of the underlying claim, and MARGIN MONKEY has not independently confirmed the accuracy of Third-Party Content prior to sharing it.
10A. Automated Assistant
The chat assistant on the Website is automated software that answers questions about the Services only. It can make mistakes, does not provide investment advice, does not discuss specific securities, and cannot create offers. Any price or discount is valid only as shown on the checkout page, and prices, including promotional prices, may change or end at any time. If the assistant's answer conflicts with these Disclosures, our Terms of Service, or our Payment Policy, those documents control.
11. Geographic Scope
The Content and Services are prepared with the United States regulatory and market environment in mind and are made available only to persons located in the United States. MARGIN MONKEY makes no representation that the Content is appropriate, accurate, or legally available for use in any other jurisdiction, and persons who access the Services from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and at their own risk.

We may revise these Investment Disclosures from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our Content, or applicable law. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Terms of Service.
