1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, reports opened, links clicked, and time spent on the Services;
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs;
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 3 below;
• Chat messages: messages you send to our automated website assistant, which are processed by our service providers to generate replies and kept for up to 30 days for quality and abuse prevention. Please do not share personal financial details in the chat.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes; they may be shared only with service providers that send messages on our behalf.

8. Children's Privacy

THE SERVICES ARE NOT DIRECTED TO, AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY, ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18. IF WE BECOME AWARE THAT WE HAVE COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM A PERSON UNDER 18, WE WILL TAKE STEPS TO DELETE THAT INFORMATION.
